Important Information:

  • Our coaches are very unique, we often have multiple inquiries for the same date. Please understand that we must operate on a first deposit received/first served basis.
  • Pricing is the same for any coach.
  • 4 hour minimum requirement. Hours run consecutively from start to finish and cannot be split.
  • Price excludes driver gratuity.
  • Additional Options:
    • The consumption of food and beverages is permitted for a $50 non-refundable service fee + $350 security deposit per coach. The $350 deposit will be refunded providing  here is no damage, spillage, and/or trash. Note: Any coolers/packages brought onboard must be stowed on the floor behind passengers.
    • Head Signs/Destination Sign options will be provided upon your coach selection.
    • We rent projection units/screens for the reception and translator headsets.
  • Terms and Conditions will be included in your quote document.

Example: 4pm pick-up Wedding Party at XX Hotel, drop-off 4:30pm at Ceremony Venue. 5pm pick-up Guests, XX Hotel, drop-off 5:30pm at Ceremony Venue. 6:30pm pick-up Ceremony Venue, drop-off 7pm at Reception Venue. 9pm pick-up at Reception Venue, 9:30pm drop-off at Hotel. Continue return trips from Reception to Hotel every hour, last return trip at Midnight.
